"EU minds" project implementation team held on October the 6th the last, fourth in the row working meeting. The representatives of Sisak-Moslavina, Vukovar-Srijem and Osijek-Baranja Counties, PRONI Center for Social Education and its Info centers for youth from Sisak, Vukovar and Osijek had aranged the last quarter details of project execution.   

With the beginning of October, different education within the project "Restart" has continued. The training "Project Cycle Management", which attends 14 beneficiaries started on the 3rd of October in the premises of PRONI Centre in Vukovar. The training aims at upgrading the beneficiaries' capacities and knowledge in the field of writing project proposals. On the same date, in cooperation with the FINA branch office in Vukovar the other education has started. 15 beneficiaries attends computer course, which will upon successful realization enable beneficiaries to gain verified ECDL Start Diploma and on that way raise the competence level needed on labour market, which is one of the main project goals.

As a part of "EU minds" project on the September 30th on Ante Starcevic square "EU info point" was organized. Main goal was to inform citizens of Osijek about current results of "EU minds" project, but also about implemented youth projects in Osijek-Baranja County, that are considered as good pracitce examples. Goal was also to inform citizens about EU trough informative materials. Organizers, PRONI Center for Social Education, Regional youth information centre and Agency for development of Osijek-Baranja County had diligently handed out information materials and informed the citizens between 11:00 and 13:00 hours.

On September 29, 2011, in the premises of Info Center for Youth in Vukovar, the introductory workshops for volunteers with the topic ''How to become a good volunteer'' and ''My working surrounding'' were held as a part of Youth Employment Task-force project. The participants of this activity, which was implemented by Voluntary Centre Osijek' and PRONI Centre' trainers and representatives, were six unemployed young people from Vukovar-Srijem County. During the next 6 months, they will be engaged as Info Center for Youth volunteers, aiming at gaining work experience through mentored and monitored proces by Info Centre for Youth leader.

On October 23rd, Regional Youth Information Centre in Osijek hosted debate within the project ''EU minds''. The participants were representatives of Osijek-Baranja County Youth Advisory Board, Beli Manastir and Osijek Youth Advisory Boards and Bilje Municipalitiy Youth Advisory Board. Damir Lajos and Mirela Sudaric from Osijek-Baranja Development Agency had talked about five EU pre-accesion fields, but also about survey results conducted among 500 pupils in final grades of high schools in Osijek-Baranja County. The aim was to inform Youth Advisory Board representatives about pupils attitudes toward EU.

To mark the European Year of Volunteering in Croatia, symbolically on the International Day of Peace, September 21st, a numerous volunteer action in all major cities called "Croatia volunteers" were implemented. Therefore, in cooperation with the City Vukovar Prevention Council, Police station Vukovar Department of Police in Community and with valuable volunteers of PRONI Centre, a voluntary action in kindergarten Vukovar 2. in Vukovar was held. Widgets, sandstones and other equipment on the playground was the subject of this action, in which on mutual satisfaction children participated too.
