In Regional Info centre for youth Osijek, on 7th of December 2010 the first partner meeting within the project "EU minds" took place.
Partners are: Osijek-Baranja, Vukovar-Srijem and Sisak-Moslavina County. PRONI Centre is the main implementing partner of the project which is financially supported by EU, through the program IPA INFO 2009. This was a first among four planned meetings, aiming at introducing partners with project details and joint planning of coming implementation steps. |

Training for Union representatives |

By the means of financial support of Friedrich Ebert Foundation, NHS is organising three-days training program "Project Cycle Managament", implementing by PRONI Centre for Social Education. First two-days block was implemented on 29th and 30th of November, and third training day will be held at 8th of December in Zagreb. Training is organised for 12 representatives of different Unions in Croatia that will implement learned skills in their future project oriented work. |

Meeting and final evaluation |

In the last week of the implementation of the project ''EUphoria'' on November 29th, the last forth partner meeting was held. The meeting aimed at sharing information on project flow in each partner organization and planing of folow up activities, after completing the project. The second part of the meeting was dedicated to the final evaluation, which will be of use as a guideline for further work. The host of this meeting was partner association Youth organization step ahead from Rijeka. |

Debate in Sisak Info Centre for Youth |

In Sisak Info centre for youth, on 6th of November, public debate entitled "The role of young people in decision-making process in EU and Croatia", was organized within the project "EUphoria", financed by EU, through program IPA INFO 2008.
Debate was facilitated by Emina Buzinkic from Croatian Youth Network and Centre for Peace Studies, which on simple and interesting way presented the role of young people in decision-making process. Through interactive participation young people showed the interest for this topic and express the wish for the organization of similar events, which the employes of Info centre for youth will try to organize at the beginning of next year. |

Another public debate with young people has been organized in Osijek, within the project EUphoria, financed by EU, through program IPA INFO 2008 .
A debate "hEUreka" was organized in cooperation with professor Zvjezdana Svalina, leader of Debate club of III. Grammar school Osijek. The thesis was: 'By accessing EU, Croatia will not lose its national and cultural identity" Besides professors of high schools and representatives of Osijek-Baranja Regional Development Agency, Mr. Damir Lajos and Mrs.Mirela Sudaric, also present were Mrs.Avis Benes, Manager of European Union Information Centre of the Delegation of European Union to the Republic of Croatia, as well as representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integrations Mrs.Marijana Kujundzic, Head of Department for Education of Directorate for Support to Croatia's EU Accession Process. |

Socialisation event for young people with disabilities |
PRONI Centre organised a Socialisation event for young people with disabilities within the project "Look around yourself". Different NGO representatives, individuals and youth with disabilities gathered with the purpose of getting to know each other, to socialise and exchange experiences. Socialisation event was held on October 26th in the premises of CES Osijek. |

With the start of the new academic year, a public debate with young people, working title ''Students and the EU’’ was organized on 25th of October in the premises of the City Hall Vukovar. The debate aimed to increase the level of knowledge and awareness of young people, especially students about the European Union, and to promote EU values and standards, as well as available programs of the European Union. This, as well as previous debates held during the year, were organized in cooperation with the Vukovar-Sirmium County, and are part of the project EUphoria, which is supported by EU, through the program IPA INFO 2008. |

Regional conference ''Crowd on Salter'' |

Fourth Regional conference ''Crowd on Salter'' was held on October 20th in Hotel Lav in Vukovar.! This time, the workshops led by interesting speakers and the introductory lecture by professor Berto Salaj, Ph.D., gathred over 70 participants – active individuals, representatives of civil society and local authorities from counties of osjecko-baranjska, vukovarsko-sijemska, viroviticko-podravska and brodsko-posavska.
This year's ''Crowd'' gave its' contribution to World development information day being held every October 24th since 1973. Programme Salter, which organised this conference, is implemeted in partnership between PRONI Centre, Volunteer centre Osijek i Project of civic democratic initiative Beli Manastir. The programme is financed by National foundation for civil socity development. |

Presentation of local Call for proposals |
|
In PRONI Centre for Social Education, Programme Salter organised a presentation of two local Calls for proposals. The presentation was attended by Mrs Darija Benakovic, associate for culture in the City of Vukovar, who presented the Call for proposals of the City of Vukovar. Also, Call for proposals for civil initiatives of Slagalica Foundation was presented.
The deadline for both calls is October 31st. |

In PRONI’s Training Centre in Pirovac, young people gather again with the aim of meeting each other, sharing the experience in youth information work and planning common future programs and activities. This time it is about project called ''Boarding Pass'' which aims to promote partnership building between leaders of youth info centres from EU and non EU countries. Young participants from Italy, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia, who participate in 9 days program in the period from 25th of August until 3rd of September 2010, will also provide opportunity for young people to know each other better through intercultural evenings.
These activities are part of the project Boarding Pass which is funded with support from the European Commission, through the program Youth in Action, and it is implemented by the Association of youth info centres in Croatia, whose co-founder is PRONI Centre.  |
