The last training of strategic planning for NGOs was implemented. This time, the training was held with representatives of the Association of Sizif, who, during two days (30 and 31 October), produced SWOT analysis, determinate strategic directions and defined strategic goals for the next 3 years. This training, as well as the upcoming planned educations and seminar are integral part of the project "Power is in all of us" funded by the Ministry of Family, Veterans' Affairs and Intergenerational Solidarity.

Beside celebrating 3rd birthday in October, Info-centre for Youth Osijek gave the attention to health.

Last weekend (25.-27.09.), trainers of PRONI Centre implemented training "Changes in the community and youth initiatives" with the non-formal youth group in Bujanovac, south Serbia. One of the training aims was to detect existing institutions in wider community and create models of possible cooperation. Training attended representatives of all three communities - Albanian, Serbian and Roma.

First round of trainings for NGOs with the topic of strategic planning was held within the project "Strength is in all of us". Training took place on 18th and 19th of September in Rijeka with representatives of «Znam» NGO.
Training aimed to revive the strengths and weaknesses of the association's leadership, as well as to determine the strategic directions that will, in accordance with the mission and vision of the association, work in the next few years.

"Youth Employment Opportunities in Eastern Croatia," was the theme of the conference, which 9th of September was held in Osijek. The conference served as a platform for discussion of the opportunities of young people in eastern Croatia, and to connect relevant stakeholders dealing with this issue in its agenda. Among others was also discussed the importance of lifelong learning, the modern labor market and socio-economic development of the region.
More than 70 conference participants, with their active participation contributed to the making of the recommendations for networking and further work on this issue.

In the premises of the Info Center for Youth in Vukovar, on 7th of September, was held 3rd meeting of the partners involved in the implementation of the project "All for You". Beside leaders of the Info centers for youth from Osijek, Sisak and Vukovar, representatives of the City of Sisak and Vukovar, also attended.
Along with regular review of activities and overall project implementation, the meeting aimed to elaborate detailed plan of activities for the fourth quarter, as well as to encourage the representatives about future of the Info centers for youth, after the financial support that is provided by the European Union, through the program PHARE 2006.

In the next two days, 8th and 9th of September, it was organized a study visit, whith the aim to introduce the leaders of Info Centers for Youth with methods of work, exchange experiences and ideas in the field of youth information, as well as to provide mutual support.

During 5 days, from 17th to 21st of August, young people from the Vukovar-Sirmium County youth clubs and the Youth NGO UM Bac from Bac, participated in the training seminar for young people. This cross-border seminar was held in the Training Center in Pirovac, with the aim to develop the capacities of members and leaders of youth clubs, to improve the quality of youth work, and strengthen cross-border informal support network. At the five-day training that took place within the project Youth link 2, whose implementation was made possible by the Balkan Trust for Democracy, a project of Germany Marshall Fund of the United States, included 18 young people from 4 youth clubs / youth NGO.

We are very excited to recognize PRONI’s extraordinary achievements in international social work.
We look forward to honoring PRONI at the Global Commission reception during CSWE Annual Program Meeting in November in San Antonio, Texas on Saturday, November 7.

In order to begin with development of ideas for starting activities for young people, and in the end, establishment of Youth Club in their communities, from 20th of July till 2nd of August, summer camp for young people was held in Moldova.
After the camp, youngsters from four municipalities that participated in the program, will use knowledge and skills gained through participating in organized workshops, lectures and practical part, for quality development of youthwork by returning to their municipality.
Summer camp was held as a part of the project “Youth in the Center”, financed by MATRA Program of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
