It is our pleasure to introduce you to the program of civil society support.
Salter is a network of info-offices in Osijek, Vukovar, and Beli Manastir which offers information services, consulting, training and technical support to active individuals, civil initiatives, and organizations of civil society.

Technical support :
-          Using the office and office equipment
-          Using the telphone /fax
-          Surfing the Internet
-          Using the printer
-          Using the technical equipment ( computer, camera,…)
Information services:
-          Information about civil society organizations
-          information about open calls for proposals
-          information about education possibilities for civil society members
-          information about internship possibilities
-          information about volunteering opportunities
-          information about scolarships
-          excange of information

Consulting and education :
-          establishment and registration of civil associations (NGOs)
-          administration and finance
-    good practice examples
-          functioning of civil initiatives
-          networking and developing partnerships
-          designing project ideas and preparation of project proposals
-          pre-accession funds and project cycle management (EU)
-          development of volunteering
-          implementation of quality assurance system for non-profit organizations SOKNO
-          human resource management (team work, conflict management, volunteer management, monitoring and evaluation, public relations)
