PRONI Center for Social Education from Vukovar ended with the research about coming up Referendum about the Croatian accession to European Union. The research, wich was conducted among Vukovar youth, consisted of anonymous questionary with offered answers and on-line questionary on a web page www.eukutak.info where all participants could express their own interest about referendum and opinion about Croatian accession to EU. 

Within a project "Novi Pazar - A Place To Meet" which PRONI Center for Social Education implements in partnership with organization Urban-IN from Novi Pazar, City of Novi Pazar, Municipality of Putten from The Netherlands and many other associates a cycle of education modules for tourist animators/community organisers’ has start. First module "Community mapping and local researches" was conducted from 20 till 22 of December 2011 in Novi Pazar.  

Within a "Youth Employment Task-force " project, ECDL computer course started in Vukovar on December 12th, 2011in ALGEBRA college.Through this program 30 participants, unemployed young people from Vukovar-Sirmium County will get basic knowledge about computer skills, office tools and internet and gain ECDL Start diploma.

By delivery ceremony of gained certificates and diplomas (formal and non-formal) to the beneficiaries of the project „Restart“, organized on 2nd of December 2011 in the Vukovar City Hall, officially the project has ended.
This was opportunity for mayor and project partner representatives to present the overall project results to the wider public, as well as to the beneficiaries, aiming at additional motivation, empowerment and participation of beneficiaries in educational activities needed for their easier entry at the labour market. 

Final regional conference "Youth in pre-accession and structural funds", as "EU minds" project final activity was held on November 28 and 29 in the Hotel Osijek in the city of Osijek. First day was reserved for study trip to good practice examples in Baranja County, both Croatian and Hungarian side. Second day was completely dedicated for experience transfer from experts from Finland, Slovenia and Hungary. County representatives from Pannonian Croatia together with local goverment and NGO representatives discussed pre-accession and structural funds with special emphasis on civil sector participation possibilities.

Within "EU minds" project that PRONI Center in cooperation with Osijek-Baranja, Sisak-Moslavina and Vukovar-Sirmium County is implementing in Panonian Croatia, in Youth Info Center Vukovar debate with memebers of Vukovar Youth Council was held. Altough, because of objective reasons response of Council members was small, quality debate was held and all participants were presented activities of "EU minds" project. It was a good opportunity to show results of questionary in County high schools, describe some of oppinions that young people have about European Union, as well as to talk about activities that Vukovar Youth Council have for this period.

On Monday 14th of November, the last meeting of partners involved in the implementation of project “Restart” took place. As on previous meetings, the representatives of partner organizations and institutions talked about project implementation and share the experience and information about specific activities implementation. Beside that, the meeting was organized in order to implement final project evaluation. Therefore, dr. Silvija Rucevic, contracted external evaluator was present on the meeting, upon which she will make an evaluation report.
