Last in the row of cycles "Project Cycle Management" has started within the project "Restart". Cycle has started on 7th of November, and will be implemented as the previous two, through the 10 day programme. Through programme which implements in the premises of Vukovar development Agency that offered their premises for implementation, 12 beneficiaries that attends this cycle will gain basic knowledge in writing project proposals and will be skilled in project ideas development. This education is also the last one within the project, and the official certificates delivery ceremony of all gained certificates and diplomas will be organized on 2nd of December in the City Hall of the City of Vukovar.
